Management is horrible. I lived there in 3 bedroom apartment with 2 roommates who already been there for 2 years. Management sent me weird agreement With someone’ else’s names on it (not my roomies). Previous girl moved out of my room and they returned her deposit and took 1 from me but when I wanted to move out they say they will return it once everyone moves out lol. How is it they treat everyone differently? Apartment feels like it’s some office because of its floors , it’s impossible to... wash it-they will still be dirty.location is good but after Covid it got worse with crazy people and homeless. the fireplace and oven do not work right. i’ve had them fixed by maintenance multiple times and that fixes the problem for about two days max. the lock on the building front door gets stuck regularly allowing anyone to enter the building. the unit front doors stop opening and closing correctly after only a few months resulting in one having to pull and push unnecessarily hard to enter and exit. the elevator stops working for a day or two almost every other month. fire alarms and various other... alarms go off randomly every few months sometimes for 3 days straight. the only good thing about this building is the people. aside from a few crazies, most people are friendly and helpful. however, that does not in any way make up for the ridiculously high price. it’s unfortunate because all of these issues seem as if they could easily be fixed if only someone cared to do so. i don’t blame the maintenance workers. they’re all very nice.
