STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Disgusting and a disaster. Infested with roaches. They will fumigate before you get there and 3 months later they start popping out. Infested!!!!!! I am very ocd and clean and i could NOT get rid of these things! Had them falling into my bed at one point! Paint peels and falls everywhere. Whether you are just opening a cabinet or closing it up you start seeing paint fall. Even more scary considering all the signs everywhere saying this building had lead in their paint.... Lock to my door was not working. It took 2 weeks and us having to call the property owners because the manager Robert did not care to help. There was 5 car breaks ins (my vehicle included and that i knew of) while living there in 1 year. Once a total of 11 vehicles in one night which ended in a vehicle being stolen as well. I was a witness and caught the person in the act. The manager did not do anything nor bother to notify the tenants until police arrived and asked him why he hadn’t notified the people of the building. There are homeless who somehow manage to get in the garage and sit around or dig through the trash. There are leaky pipes all over the garage. Ive seen dirty poop- looking water pouring onto vehicles. The laundry area is disgusting and they are always breaking down. The building is not secure. Front gate to the building was always left wide open, there was no lock to the front door of the building which was left wide open over night as well. Packages were always being stolen. The gates to enter the garage were constantly being broken and we were unable to get in or out. Lights flicker everytime you turn or plug one thing in. You can feel holes on the floor of the kitchen. There was mold that would grow in the toilet bowl if you didnt clean it for 3 days, water is rusty and comes out orange the first 20 seconds of turning on the bath water. The manager is the worse part. Sorry excuse. his response to everything is “what do you want me to do? Im not the police.” Funny because i saw a review where they were told the same thing. Someone stole our parking space and he refused to help. Made us park in another tenants parking. He never wants to help. Makes everything your problem and your mistake. There are tenants on the 3rd floor balcony who are constantly partying with loud music and having people come in and out the building at all hours and days of the week. The elevator is always broken. The lighting in the staircase is always out. Dont rent Lee mas
