Not only does this building feel like home, but the front desk staff makes sure we are a community! There are monthly events that bring everyone together and there are always refreshments provided. The maintenance staff and the security are also making sure everything is tidy and safe! Great place to live.

The building is always very clean and well-maintained. Management and residents take the community guidelines seriously, which really helps keep the common areas orderly, quiet, and sanitary. You can tell that cleanliness and respect for shared spaces are a top priority here, which makes living in the building feel comfortable and welcoming. It’s nice to come home to a place that’s consistently tidy and well cared for.

Jefferson flats has been great living but we got a trash fine of $100 EACH with no warning beforehand and no explanation what we did wrong. The rooftop is beautiful and the coffee bar is nice too. I wish the coffee bar can consistently be refilled with cups though.

It's been a great experience so far! I enjoy the different community events that are hosted, and all the staff are very friendly. I have re-signed my lease and will consider re-signing if my career lines up with staying in Los Angeles.

Living at Jefferson Flat has been a mixed but overall acceptable experience. The flat itself is conveniently located near the school, which makes commuting to classes easy and saves a lot of time on a daily basis. Being able to walk to campus in just a few minutes is probably the biggest advantage of staying here, especially for students who have busy schedules.
That said, the unit does have its limitations. One of the main downsides is the lack of natural sunshine. The windows are small and... the building is positioned in such a way that direct sunlight hardly comes in. This makes the rooms feel a bit dim and sometimes less cheerful, especially during colder months. Good artificial lighting is necessary to make the space more comfortable.
The flat itself is functional and has the basic necessities. The layout is simple, and while not very spacious, it works fine for student living. Noise levels are generally manageable, and the neighborhood feels safe.
