Since the cameras in this building are not working people have been stealing packages so far I have lost more than three packages this year and they haven’t done anything about it UPS FedEx and even postal services have a hard time trying to get in the building to make their deliveries because the front door doesn’t work

Please, do not under any circumstances move into this apartment complex.
It is run by JK Residential, a property management company that does not care about its tenants at all.
Multiple promises made regarding move-in, appliances, parking, and more were not kept and still have not been remedied.
They will not return your calls, so don't bother leaving messages.
The manager is trying her best, though she can be unprofessional as well.
Living here has been the worst 2 months of my life due to... problem after problem after problem not getting resolved. Lee mas

Let's start off by saying this is my first place after moving out of my parents home and starting a life on my own. From the moment of my move in I was not satisfied nor pleased with management. The gave me a unit that was previous vacated by an older man who had lived there for 15 years. They never once professionally vacuumed the carpets or even replaced them when he lived there. So when I moved in I had to find out the hard way that they didn't vacuum the carpet for me either. My kitchen... cabinets were old but they thought painting over them was going to be okay and I didn't care since I was just happy to move out and be on my own. Well after the first 5 months I learned why it was that tenant before me decided to move out.. ready? BED BUGS!!! YES! BED... BUGS!!! I have never in my 28 years of being alive seen or even heard of a bed bug until I moved in here. I woke up one day with red marks and bumps on my arms and legs not knowing what had happened. I thought it was probably something I ate? Boy was I wrong. After doing some research I finally found out what it was. I flipped my bed and mattress over and sure as I'm 6'4 I jumped in fear and ran out my bedroom. BED BUG OVER LOAD!! Bed Bugs running all over my carpet, all over the bed and even up the walls after I let the mattress fall down. I called the manager immediately and they couldn't help. They suggested I go out and buy sprays for them and traps. Well, I did and after 3 years living there I STILL HAVE BED BUGS!! I've asked repeatedly to have my carpet removed or professionally vacuumed and nothing. No support from the owners unless I pay out of pocket. Well, I've tried to move but the way this economy is my only options are moving back in with my parents. As a father of two now, that's something I can't do. I just wished they could see this problem from the tenants view so they could do something. I've begged, I've pleaded and I have tried everything I could and nothing. Now, I'm servicing my bedroom and living room area twice a week to make sure the bed bugs don't return. If I go anything over that they'll start a colony and crawl all over me and my daughters. I hope this review helps others but I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are so many other problems with this property that it should really be shut down. Water, lighting, parking, management. The list goes on... Good luck future tenants... May the force be with you. Lee mas
