The Lofts at the Security Building Apartments

I toured the community and was met with the most courteous, professional and thoughtful staff! The assistant manager was attentive to current residents while maintaining responsiveness to all of my questions. It was helpful to learn all of the various ways residents make use of the amenities and communal spaces and how some have designated areas in their homes for decor and functionality. It’s clear that security and service are priorities in this building. Sarah was more than gracious and... long-time residents (e.g. 6-12 years) I interacted with had nothing but positive feedback regarding the responsiveness of maintenance and management (which I observed first hand during my tour). Such a clean and safe environment that delivered on what is advertised on their website. If you like what you see online, you’ll be all the more impressed by an in-person look! As a mature, professional who works downtown, I am looking forward to a shorter commute and more time to spend enjoying my home and new neighborhood. 5 stars Lee mas

I enjoyed my tour. It was a guided tour with Larry and Sara . Loved that he was very knowledgeable and was able to show we everything that I needed to see. Great professionalism and energy. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you for being so amazing.

Would recommend because maintenance is quick to respond and the building has pleasantly trained personnel.

I love the staff, the apartment, and the views. I feel there could be more in way of amenities (roof access or a similar outdoor area access would be great, I know the building has areas like this that aren't accessible).

This has been my BEST living experience in the past 10 years of living in Los Angeles.
