Absolutely terrible experience. I called this apartment complex at least 20 times trying to reach someone..no answer. When I finally got there, the call box wasn’t even working properly. I had to try about 10 times before it finally let me in because no one would pick up.
When I arrived, I was shocked. They claimed the unit was “move-in ready,” but it was still under full construction. There was food left out, dirty carpet, and a filthy bathroom. The place looked nowhere near ready for anyone... to live in.
It’s unacceptable to have someone drive over an hour just to see a unit in that condition. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be a pattern no one ever answers the phone, and the leasing office is completely unresponsive. If they treat potential renters like this, imagine how they treat actual residents. Save yourself the time and frustration and a dirty Appartment. this place is not worth it.
