The Q Playa Apartamentos

I love all the amenities that are offered, and would not change them. One of my favorites is the house car, which is an amazing convenience to have. Adrian is an incredible driver. It's a bummer that the range is so little, and the dates and times that it's available is so limited. It would be great to expand the travel range and offer the house car seven days a week if possible. The monthly events are awesome too , but I have seen that certain months don't have the two events per month as... advertised. Lastly, the outdoor TVs never work. you can never use the universal controllers to change the channel or adjust volume. It would be great to have better upkeep on these TVs. Lee mas

So far, I’m a new resident, my experience has been very pleasant. Especially pleased with front desk staff. After security incidents in another building, it seems that The Q Playa has safety measurements in place. Amenities are beautiful and well taken care and I am excited about the monthly events. The private driver is a huge differential from other communities, and residents have been very friendly and welcoming. My dogs are loving the dog run, pet spa and my morning walks have been lovely.... Thank you The Q staff for a peaceful and very professional welcoming to me and my family. The staff is friendly, efficient and follows up on requests. We haven’t been here long but so far it’s better than expected and would recommend The Q Playa to all our friends and family!

This place is exactly as it looks in their pictures. World class resort style amenities is the accurate description. I was skeptical before I did my tour yesterday with Barry from their leasing team but its all true. Barry was super accommodating and easy to work with. He was patient and took extra time to show me all that is available. After the tour I needed to take a meeting which Barry helped me do so in one their conference rooms.

The building has some of the great amenities - Cold... plunge(my favorite), a comprehensive gym, pool, showers by the pool, game room club room. Everything is superb. They have a chauffeur driven car for the residents. While I was there I got to talk to a current resident who was super happy about living there for last 8 months. She spoke highly about the community events and the safety of building. I think I am signing a lease here soon. Lee mas
