Wilcox Townhomes

Hi! If you have a chance to live here you’re insanely lucky as the management is head by Summer herself! It’s no question her name is Summer cause she’s such a warm and caring person let alone manager. An absolute delight. She always makes sure you’re taken care of and answers your questions promptly even if it’s something that she isn’t sure about or doesn’t agree with. I am on the spectrum so my questions are odd but she always answers anyway. Lol! She truly cares about her tenants and I’m so... grateful to live here as I’ve been a faithful resident here for a long time and she’s helped me promptly with any issues or questions and has always done it with a smile. I’m so grateful to have met her.
As for the apartments themselves.. they’re just super cozy and most have been refurnished recently which is cool. But yeah if you’re looking for a cozy and super cute central location then 920 Wilcox is the place! Lee mas

I tried to reach out to Wilcox Townhomes around 6 times through different channels - email, phone, form on their website and no one ever got back to me.
Not sure why, but I could envision how the actual residents might be treated if no attention is put on the interested people!

My boyfriend and I moved in earlier this year with our dog (very dog friendly), and we love the building. The townhouse style of the apartments makes you feel like you're living in a house. There is more storage space than we could ever need. Our neighbors are quiet and clean. Any time we've ever had a maintenance request, the building management has been quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone.
