I really liked living here

My apartment is very comfortable I like that I have a view and I really like the comfort and privacy of my apartment, it is only a little difficult to find parking after 1 in the afternoon it is the only thing I put on it but, because there are neighbors who up to 5 cars and cannot be found easily. But maintenance to our apartment is great.

Community Involvement

I have lived in this complex for 3 years and have received a great outpouring of support from the community when an issue has arisen. The P.A.L.S. program and other community resources have provided a wealth of information and support. I am able to better manage my family finances and provide for them.

Family Environment

I have lived here through my teenage years to my current adult years. The complex is very family oriented and does a great job of making sure that the building is secure.

Park Parthenia Apartments

I have live here since 1997. Management is wonderful, when repairs are needed, they usually done one to two days, depending how urgent are.
