Put in a work order and it was taken care of within 2 hours, love the maintenance here.

Lived here for 2 years — not worth the price.

If you’re okay with constant disturbances, poor quality, and overpriced rent, then Sunterra might be for you. I stayed here for 2 years and had one issue after another.

Rent started at $2,300 and jumped to $3,200 by the time I left — with no upgrades or improvements to justify the increase. The apartment itself felt rushed and cheaply finished. The paint was poorly done, with hairs painted over and unsealed surfaces. In the bathroom, a strange... sludge would regularly appear on the walls and even on the light bulb — no matter how often I cleaned. Even the baseboards didn’t touch the floor in parts of the unit, leaving visible gaps that made the place feel unfinished.

Noise was a constant problem. There were parties in the courtyard that went well past quiet hours, and people often brought their kids to the playground outside the buildings late at night. Neighbor noise, especially loud music, was an ongoing issue that had to be reported multiple times.

Laundry was another headache. The machines burned several of my clothes due to overheating, and since the lint ducts weren’t cleaned, clothes often stayed wet even after drying. On top of that, they’d regularly close the laundry rooms before the posted times, which made it hard to get anything done if you had a busy schedule.

Water shut-offs were frequent, often with little or no notice. My car was also towed while unloading groceries — which was completely unreasonable.

Now that I’ve moved out, I’m having issues getting in contact with anyone regarding my security deposit.

Bottom line: Sunterra charges luxury prices for poor construction, unreliable amenities, noise, and bad management. I would not recommend living here unless you’re prepared to deal with ongoing problems and little support. Lee mas

TERRIBLE new management that just took over two months ago. I toured the property, filled out an application, had our credit pulled, paid the deposit, got my lease, signed the lease only for management to call us back the Monday following to tell us that they are renovating the unit and going to be charging $375 more a month! After the lease was already signed and was just waiting for their countersign. To top it off we were told this happened to MULTIPLE people and we weren't the only ones... .

Their online portal wasn't working during the application process and when we toured they were also unable to tell us if any parking or storage was available because "they don't have that information". AVOID SUNTERRA AND THEIR NEW MANAGEMENT! Lee mas

I just moved in to Sunterra Apartments, and my overall experience has been excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly, anytime I've submitted a maintenance request I've received a prompt response, or anytime I have a question I know they'll always help me through any issues. I intend to stay at Sunterra for years to come, and from now on I'll strongly recommend it to friends and family.

Amazing place to live. Beautifully, newly remodeled apartment options. You get your own garage close to your apartment, which you cant beat. Paying bills and putting in maintenance requests is very easy on the resident portal. Management is great.
