NO RESPONSE

I applied to this community and left a $100 hold deposit I was not approved for the apartment. I have left more than 5 voicemails and sent more than 3 emails. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received a refund of my hold deposit of a call back letting me know when I will get my refund. It is very frustrating and unprofessional.
