Sunrise Apartments

This place is horrible. The previous manger Rosie was not helpful at all. The owner is even worse. They do not care about the tenants is all about the money. The laundry room is always a mess and the washers and dryers hardly ever work. The gate that were put in break down at least once a week. The outside light does not always work. So much for safety features.

I rented here from may 2016 - oct 2017 and while The landlord Rosie is awesome, the same cannot be said of the owner. While the place was semi safe and is now gated, the 750.00 deposit was minus a 295.00!! for a "recleaning bill "? bull crap!! i left that place better than when I moved in!!, this was an utter irp off for a small 1 bedroom apt that i kept in great shape. I wrote a letter to the management and I will fill all other apt recommendation sites with my reviews. I expected a slight... deduction but 295.00 after I cleaned and left it spotless?

Think twice about shelling out the outrageous deposit required, because you will loose most of it. Lee mas
