Palmdale Gardens Senior Apartments

My grandmother has been living here for 10 years now and the manager is the absolute worst. When asked questions or confronted with issues she will yell at you as if she has authority over you. She has no care for the tenants only for the owners income. We even had to contact a lawyer in order for her to install things that should be installed regardless due to the fact that it is a senior home and there are people with disabilities. She even has the audacity to remove the bench from the front... door because she said she didn't want to hear anyone talking . Not to mention they had not fixed the elevator for months , causing problems for those who live upstairs. In a senior living home their life style should be at least decent since this is where they will permanently reside. Unfortunately its horrible, if we could manage to move my grandma we would. I have lived here for three years and love it. The grounds are always clean they have weekly cleaning for inside and out.

My mom lives here and I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the interior.
