The Reserve at Capital Center Apartamentos

Amazing bbq event yesterday and amazing connection with the staff the reserve at capital center is by far best apartment complex in Rancho from staff to maintenance everyone is friendly and kind. Looking foward to more events.

The Reserve team is awesome. Very responsive, supportive and always smiling. They really work hard and I thank them for all the service they put in. I would like to appreciate Nate, Sai, Alexis and Chris for their awesome support.

I lived here for about a year. It was my first time moving into an apartment complex and people in the office were quick to reply and update me. From signing to check-out, I had my questions answered really quickly and management was always super friendly.

Maintenance came quite quickly too. Any sort of plumbing or maintenance issue would be resolved within a week or management would reach out to keep me informed about when I might expect something done. Notices about community-wide... maintenance were either posted in an email or on a notice on my door. Also, maintenance would leave notes updating me about what had been done.

The property is well-maintained and fairly quiet (with people outside the community adding a bit of noise, but nothing concerning).

At check-out, I had a lot of help asking questions about what was required of me and final charges. Shout out to Jonathan for the consistent updates and life check-ins throughout my time with the Reserve.

One reason why I enjoy living at Reserve @ Capital Center for the simple fact of the professionalism they provide all across the board. When it comes to maintenance I can always count on my needs being met the same exact day. As a tenant it’s nice to know that the staff within the apartment complex looks out for our needs and goes the extra step to make sure everyone in the community is taken care of. My fiancé and I moved in a few months ago and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect community for our first place together. The staff Alexus and Jonathan are very sweet and helpful and the maintenance team is always so quick and efficient!
