A great place to be in Riverside, CA
These apartments may have old bones, but they are sturdy, and have ample living space for a small family. The staff is generally quire friendly, and it is very easy to put in a request for repairs should anything go wrong- in fact, in such cases, the repairs are usually completed the same day!
There are other advantages to this location as well- Close proximity to the University of California-Riverside means closeness to shops and entertainment- The Canyon Crest Towne Centre is directly across... the street, putting you at only a short walk away from great restaurants, quaint shops, and even a full grocery store. University Village is also a short drive away, giving a greater still variety of shopping and entertainment experiences that are not far from home.
This complex is a fantastic place to be if you are in the Riverside area. It's not far at all from some of the more lively places in town, but has it's own air of peace that is the starting point of what makes a great home.
