Roach infested,paint overlapped,chipped walls no care here for the children I was sickening to live here for the one year I had to this is horrible worst nightmare for parents with there little ones I’m starting a page about this and I wanna save anyone that will experience this pain I have to carry even though I’m leaving

Much is to be said about an apartment that switches managers every season. This latest one brought in at the height of Covid 19 has been hell bent on charging for everything, the laundry room is highly over priced, they charge for unclogging, missing the pest control appointment. God forbid you can’t set aside a whole day to wait for them-$50 non compliance fee. And trust me you will need pest control, let me explain, the roaches know the inner working of behind the walls and under the carpet.... They pop up in little creases and won’t stop. No matter what there they are. When I moved here the residents lived here for 10 years the least, but now Covid-19’s sanctions have lifted they are evicting people or sending the text about Riverside rent help like a bad ad on your phone. The closest school is Twinhill ele and that hs much to desire, the principal is an ego maniac and needs. The rent goes up around $150 every lease renewal and they do no changes to the apartment. They r now ripping out the carpets ms putting cheap linoleum and charging new tenants more. Dog poop everywhere even though there is a dog release area and as you leave someone is in your spot. One resident has 4 spots already and it’s crazy. Don’t bother calling the office, they send a mass text and that’s that. 900 sq feet for this much money, I can’t support this. The on-site workman is winging it, expect to see him again to redo the same issue. I can’t support this place anymore, the price and slum isn’t adding up they charge for sewer but riverside already charges you, I told them already and no change.
