Rush River Apartments

I highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff here were awesome and very kind; management, maintenance, you name it. I felt heard and respected and it was always a quick response. The area felt safe, which is also a necessity. If I could rate this a 10, I would.

Me and my friend have lived here for 6 years now (moving in a week), and I cannot say enough good stuff about this complex and management /employees! I Love this complex and everything about it! Michelle is the best! She has been so fair with us and we have Never had to wait for any repairs,etc! They will be knocking on your door shortly when calked upon! Maintenance is so great! Monty and the other guy are so friendly and promt! Everyone here has been like having a great friend! They do little... community get togethers sometimes here, and they are fun! The complex is so quiet and well kept! I am going to be sad to move because you just can't get any better than Rush River Apartments! You will not regret moving here! I never have! Miss you all! I recently moved my three children and myself to the area for a better elementary school. Being that my oldest starts Kindergarten, I wanted to be in a great neighborhood. With that said, I looked in the Greenhaven area. This apartment complex is fantastic. I love how close it is to the school and the nice shopping area. The complex is always quiet, and the tenants who live here are friendly. The manager is so nice and welcoming. There is a really nice mix of people that live here. There is also... a really nice age range of people. When it comes to the apartment, it is really big. We have a nice, spacious two bedroom. The set up is really like a home. The patio is a nice size, and there is a huge closet for extra storage. The closets in the rooms are not very big, but the rooms are large enough for dressers and a large bed. The fact that there are two full bathrooms is AMAZING!!! The kitchen is a nice large space. I have a large table with six seats and there is still tons of room. The washer and dryer is in the apartment in a nice location, so I don't have to go outside. I feel really safe here. Aside from the closets and the small/minimal parking (you do get a garage with the apartment which is fantastic, my car is too big to get my kids and myself out easily), this complex is really nice. There are also 2 parks not far from my home. I would definitely recommend this complex to others!!! Lee mas
