I want to leave a review regarding Serenade only due to the fact that they make the decision to make sure apartments are ready first for new tenants while putting off needed maintenance for the existing ones. My wife and I were of this group. Also we've had a cockroach problem for some time and when it's only address it to the office manager she had told me that they have no pest control guy and that we could go out and get her own products to treat the problem ourselves. This is against city... ordinances isn't it? It is health and safety violation. One could easily look up the code on this topic and bring them to task. Pool hasn't been opened yet this summer either so it seems as though they have a lack of staff on hand to ensure their side of the bargain. Thank you and have a nice day
