If you walk around there will be bags of dog poop left on the lawns, the areas marked don’t let animals on reek of pee, people leave trash either right outside their door or next to bins in the hallway (there’s trash chutes everywhere), and the elevators and stairways smell like pee. There’s so many bug issues created from it. Even on the fourth floor you’ll find ants everywhere. It’s insane and if you don’t have those issues the neighbors all smoke cigarettes, marijuana, vape, etc… the... apartments don’t enforce the no smoking policy at all. I have never stayed at a complex so filthy. The gym and pools are the only highlight of the complex. Even in the newer phase apartments the stoves make strange crackling sounds and the models for the washer and dryer are old. There’s very few cameras around and the parking lots have tight corners. Lots of people have had sideswiped cars and the apartment can’t follow up since there’s no footage. Same with stolen packages. Everyone on the first floor has doorbell cameras because it’s so common. You could scream to the heavens about your issues here and management would pop some headphones on and dance the night away and swim in pools of rent money. They reply months after maintenance tickets or security/complaint tickets are made. They genuinely don’t care about your suffering

This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. The cockroach infestation was gross, the maintenance people are nice but their hand are tied to not doing anything to fix what is needed.
When they do they don't say anything and send you to collections to get their money back. At no time did they tell us all the work they were doing is being charged to us until we moved out. They will do anything to not give you your security deposit back. We are woken up several weekends in the wee hours with... fire alarms and have to stand outside in the cold and dark waiting for them to put it out. I have PTSD from living here. Lee mas

This complex is clearly lying to its residents at the new apartment complex. They told me the pool will open in December, they told another resident August 2025, and another resident April 2025. When I asked about this I was told that it's in the contract the dates could change due to construction. Nope, tell it how it is. You're luring people in with lies of amenities that aren't available.

People let their dogs pee in the hallway. There is nowhere in the new apartments for dogs to pee. so... people walk up to your balcony and let their dogs relieve themselves there. All the plants are dying because the animals are peeing in them.

The elevator never works. My mom has trouble walking up the stairs, and when I expressed that I kept getting tickets when I was parking in guest ( which is abundant) because her leg issues. I was met with a " you can't park in guest it's in your contract". Seriously?

You can't hear the neighbors next to you which is nice but you can hear them above you. You'll also hear all the cars speeding and I wish I thought about that.

The amenities are closed on and off and there's always parties at the pools and people leaving trash. I feel so bad for the cleaning people. Do not go to the dog park. It's so gross. No one cleans up their poop and it smells like pee and poo. Disgusting.

Good thing: the gym is great and the cleaners are wonderful.

If you need anything at all from the staff or management of this place, don’t expect it. They won’t help you.

As a cherry on top, expect a condescending comment or some passive aggressive commentary along the way.
