Creek View Condominium Rentals

If you are looking for a place to truly call home, I highly recommend Creekview Apartments. After several disappointing experiences in other "luxury" condos/apartment complexes, my partner and I found Creekview, almost by accident, while apartment hunting in the area. I am so thankful that we did. We tired of complexes that promised so many great amenities but were fraught with issues. We were fed up and wanted a small, private and tight knit community. Thankfully we found it.

We were... immediately impressed with the excellent location, amazing school district, convenient access to the 15, beautiful gated community and spacious condos. After moving in we fell in love with the quiet but family/pet friendly environment. Our service dog loved going for long walks in the neighborhood and interacting with all of the other friendly dogs that were there! We enjoyed the fun community events like holiday parties, food trucks and yoga nights just to name a few. Every neighbor I met was so warm and kind. Needless to say this truly is an amazing community!

Out of all of the perks that Creekview provides the best is truly the staff! Tim and Zoey are amazing and always bent over backwards to make sure that every resident felt appreciated and valued. Gustavo and JC on the maintenance team were equally as awesome! They always took time out of their day to ask how I was and provided quick and efficient service any time that we need something like light bulb change or smoke detector batteries changed! I loved stopping to chat with them each day! Another star that deserves to be mentioned is Anselmo (Joe) who maintained the beautifully manicured community. Like the others he would always pause what he was doing to offer a smile and ask how my day was. He was so nice and always made my day brighter. They truly became like extended family and we will miss each one of them!

If you want a place that is beautiful, private but friendly and safe then Creekview is it! If it wasn't for relocating out of town for work, I have no doubt that we would still be there! If you are considering moving in to Creekview, let me be the first to say welcome home! Lee mas

Have not even lived here for a month and already super disappointed and looking at other options, The staff are super nice and professional and things look amazing from the outside and online but way over hyped. Once we moved in it was super hot inside even after having it looked at multiple times, it is a cheap as all hell unit installed very un efficient to the point we have not had a full nights sleep because of waking up sweating if the sun comes up. people have annoying dogs they let sit... outside and bark even at night some times, the amenities are super lacking even though over hyped, gym was like a run down strip mall with lights out looked dim lit and grungy feeling, the pool isn't even heated and doesn't get warm even in 103 weather, now i understand why nobody is really in there aside form kids that just want to get in the water... really disappointed with this place and already looking into other options.
