Idea1 Apartments

It’s a lovely community that’s FOR residents. The building alone is fantastic, from a 24 gym to a sundeck and jacuzzi and parking. They cater to residents by hosting a plethora of events in the complex and around the community partnering with local business. They’re easy to work with and are efficient at accommodating any and all needs. Couldn’t recommend living here enough!

I have lived here for nearly four years and the entire time has been an excellent experience. The building is beautiful and the cleanest I've seen anywhere downtown. It is also very safe and has a pleasant and quiet ambience. Neighbours are considerate and friendly and this is because the staff do such a brilliant job at ensuring that Idea 1 is not simply just an apartment complex but also a community that we can call home. Thanks always to the wonderful Idea 1 staff for making this community... such a wonderful place to live. Lee mas

Love the community, and how close it is to the freeway. Very happy so far! I also love how everything is walking distance, makes it easy and simple to move around the city.

The maintenance team at IDEA1 completes work orders in a timely manner. However, communication needs improvement, as staff members are not always responsive when greeted and lack professionalism. The maintenance manager is relatively new, which may contribute to the current communication gaps.
