Modera has been a wonderful apartment complex. Maintenence needs are rare and when they come up we're blown away by how quickly and efficiently we're taken care of. Anmouncements are always on time so there aren't surprises. The staff here are warm and welcoming, and there are sometimes little events in the courtyards. The cleanliness and quality of the amenities are phenomenal. We genuinely have no complaints.

The community amenities is a standout. The gym is well equipped and never too crowded, the pool area is clean and relaxing, and the shared spaces are always maintained beautifully. There's a real sense of community here, and the monthly events hosted by the management team make it easy to meet people and feel connected.
The location is another major perk. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation, yet still tucked away enough to feel private and secure.
