Bugs everywhere! There's been a port-a-potty next to my front door for months now, and the manager refuses to do anything. If I open my door, flies swarm in.
Painfully hot as no unit has any cross-ventilation at all, so the only way to cool the place is the A/C, which is expensive to run as much as one needs here.
Parking is a joke, either you get assigned a spot or you're on a never-ending "waitlist" and have to park in the neighborhood behind the complex, and to get there one has to walk... through Homeless Alley which constantly smells of urine (the homeless folks are really nice though).
The floor is creaky, whoever painted my unit before I got there was clearly in a hurry because they left hairs in the paintjob, and the shower runs out of COLD water somehow.
Do not rent here. It is ludicrously overpriced for the complete and total lack of quality Lee mas
