Serving E1 to O4 active duty service members and their families, The Village at Serra Mesa is centrally located in the scenic Serra Mesa neighborhood of San Diego. The beautiful homes of The Village at Serra Mesa feature updated appliances,... including gas stoves, refrigerators, and microwaves as well as other tasteful touches throughout. Each home also comes with a built-in computer niche, a washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and a detached one or two car remote-entry garage.

Neighborhood amenities include multiple gas and charcoal barbeque areas, large pool, children’s wading pool and nearby seating area, 9 tot lots, large family park, and two full-sized basketball courts. The District Office houses a community room with a large flat screen TV, business center, and fitness center for resident use.

There are several Navy amenities conveniently located right on the property. Residents enjoy easy access to the on-site Navy Exchange Mini Mart, Fleet & Family Support Center, and Navy Child and Youth Programs Center.

There are reputable K-12 schools all within a short 3-mile drive. The neighborhood elementary school is across the street from the property and within walking distance from many of the community’s homes.

The Village at Serra Mesa’s central location ensures an easy commute for your service member. The community is located 7 miles from MCAS Miramar, 9 miles from Naval Base San Diego, 11 miles from Naval Base Point Loma, and 12 miles from Naval Air Station North Island. The community enjoys easy access to major freeways including the 163, 805, 8, 52 and 15 providing easy access to the many San Diego amenities.

Local must-visit attractions will enrich your family with education and culture, not to mention loads of fun. These include Sea World, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park -- with its science center, IMAX theater, turn-of-the-century merry-go-round and more.
