¡¡Excelente!!
Con nuevos dueños, el mantenimiento es excelente. El lugar es hermoso y limpio. ¡Disfruto vivir aquí, sobre todo porque todo está tan cerca!

¡BANDERA ROJA! ¡EL MOTEL BATES ES MEJOR!
¡Estas instalaciones son HORRIBLES! El calentador de agua siempre se estropea. ¡Los electrodomésticos son VIEJOS! ¡El mantenimiento es INEXISTENTE! No hay aire acondicionado en la planta superior; compré unidades de pared, pero no se pueden usar las dos a la vez porque se quemaría el circuito eléctrico. El spa casi nunca funciona. Nunca hay estacionamiento para huéspedes. La alfombra es vieja. ¡Los dueños son unos abusadores y no tienen ningún respeto por sus inquilinos! ¡No se molesten, se... sentirán miserables aquí!
