The apartments themselves are really nice. However, dealing with the leasing office has been very difficult. The managers are not responsive, and not helpful. Their office hours are sporadic, and its not communicated at all when they are open. They also require packages to be delivered to the office, and then make it difficult to pick them up. Apartment itself is in good condition although it has been there for awhile. However, the service and the attitude with the apartment managers and staffs are just so terrible. They are always very offensive with their words and attitude and do NOT provide any source of kind service. When I asked for a copy of Proof of Residency, where they looked like they were doing nothing but sitting in front of their desk, with a big sigh and a negative attitude, they were then able to provide me with what I... needed. After my lease, my family and I are planning on departing this apartment due to the poor quality of services provided by the managers and staffs. DO ONLY COME if you like POOR services. Lee mas

First off we love living on the edge of Potrero Hill near the design center. We started out in a Studio for a year and then upgraded to a one bedroom for another year and half. We loved the location as I worked on 4th & King so I could walk or cab to work. Loved the business downstairs and close by. Nordstrom Rack is walking distance. Loved the kitchen and finishes of the apartment such as the bamboo floors and thought both the studio and one bedroom were spacious. The management team at the... time was personable yet professional. We had a few issues with noise from the upstairs neighbors but they were quickly resolved after all it is apartment living. I would recommend to anyone moving there to get a courtside facing apartment home as it will protect you from the exterior noise that happens when you live in the city. Cheers! Lee mas

DON'T LIVE HERE! My car got stolen from the gated parking garage. My Mercedes was parked at the Townsend street underground parking for the tenants. Despite having 9 CCTV cameras the building managers have failed to provide information who stole the car and how did they manage to take the car out from the gated parking lot. I plan to take legal action against them as their garage security company refuses to provide information about garage attended on duty and the building managers do not have... the time or will to go over the CCTV camera footage. Please stay away from renting this apartment, I am paying a huge price for making the mistake.

The building is NOT AT ALL SECURE to live. My new Mercedes Benz was stolen from the apartment's gated parking garage while 9 CCTV cameras being present in the garage. The car had a sophisticated locking system which can't be broken into or unlocked without hacking. If someone had this much time to hack the car's system and take the car out while a guard is on-duty, just imagine how secure you really be living here. Lee mas
