Worthington Apartments

Living at The Worthington is like living in a beautiful antique. The building is super old and definitely could use some repairs, but the Manager and new Maintenance Technician keep it pretty clean and are catching up on the maintenance requests I made back in Dec. of last year (bathroom light flickers, constant radiator noises/ heating issue). The manager is also super helpful; my interactions with him and the rest of management have always been informative/positive. Good to see they hired a... proactive maintenance person to help him out/, the last one hasn’t been responding to maintenance requests for almost a year which has been annoying but seems like it’s looking up! This property does not have microwaves or ac in the units, they have radiators for heating. It isn’t very clean on the outside or inside of the building, it’s like the new management and property manager just don’t care about the building, the way it looks or the people, and it’s hard to locate the new manager.
