Where do I start? 1st there are 3 floors and the elevator only goes up to level 2. The plumbing is bad, where the cold water is hot for a couple minutes. Every month there is a building wide fire alarm test for 3 hours (5-8) where they buzz the in unit alarm system and the hallway system. Every 2-3 months they need access into the unit to test your fire alarm and YOU NEED to be there otherwise you are fined. Sometimes it is 12-4pm and sometimes it is 5-7pm.

The "workout room", I put it in... quotes cause it has potential but machines break down and when I have emailed Grayson Management to inform them, they never respond and the machine isn't fixed. So, the "workout room" is just a room with weights. I have much more wrong with this management company and with the building but I will leave it at that. But before I leave you, there are homeless and thefts that occur in the building and nothing gets done. I pay too much to have these discomforts in my living situation. I will be looking for a new place come lease renewal. Lee mas
