This place is a gem. Its peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees & cute little squirrels & hummingbirds. My neighbors are awesome, everyone in passing are kind & considerate. The community is lovely; the events are so much fun; interactive & kid friendly. I am truly enjoying my time here, going on year 2 & I look forward to creating more memories here :)

The process here is made very difficult. After reading the reviews I was relieved we didn’t get accepted. (They didn’t want to use our other income that we have proof of) spent $90 on application fees that obviously we don’t get back. Had to call and email to get an answer. They ended up mailing a letter to my home instead of calling to say what’s going on.

Apply rent the process is stressful! The application
process seems really strict compared to other apartments , managers does not make the process any easier.
I sent many emails them and they seemed unorganized!

This large apartment complex looks good from the outside, but the management runs a scam whereby they will find reasons to evict tenants, and basically steal their belongings, charge them for outlandish things that were never noted on move in checklists, etc. If anything breaks down during the course of living there, and a tenant requests repairs to be made... those repairs will not be approved if it costs to replace the broken appliance. But the tenant will then be charge for the repairs or... replacements, when they move out. I'm also aware of numerous tenants who are forced out month after month and their belongings put out by the trash bins. Then the former tenants are charged huge fees for ridiculous things like scratches on the aluminum door jam, which resulted for normal entering and exiting of the apartment... and which is something that is never noted on a move in checklist as to it's condition. But the management at this complex will claim anything to keep tenant's deposits and charge extra fees. I would never recommend this complex to any friend.

The apartments are spacious and the complex is very clean. 24 hour security makes you feel safe to have your family there. Close to beautiful Alum Rock Park. Parking is sometimes tough to find but that is to be expected and being able to park at the nearby shopping center is a huge help. The courteous staff is quick to resolve any issues in your apartment. I am a three year resident and I have never had a problem. Rent is affordable especially if you are Teacher like my wife and I who just make... enough to support our two boys and scrape by! Thank you Country Club for making my families time here enjoyable.
