This place advertises itself as "luxury" but there is nothing luxury about it. Just because you put a wash and dryer in the unit doesn't make it luxury.

Plumbing Issues

Never in my experience as a renter have I experienced so many problems with plumbing. The pipes and kitchen sink have consistently backed up in my opinion creating a health hazard. Instead of finding a solution to fix the root cause of the issue they just tell you turn your garbage disposal on and fix it yourself.

Noise

If... you like peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. The walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbors are saying and you'll know exactly where they are if they live above you. During the warmer months you'll hear the shrill and screams of children well into the night.

"Gated"/Security

This place says that it is gated but the gate has only been working (on and off) for the last few months. Other than that there's no other security measures here. If you don't want your property stolen, I would suggest buying a ring door bell as well as other cameras to secure your unit.

Cleanliness

This place is littered with trash. Whether it was left by the children or the smokers smoking in their patios, you're guaranteed to see trash everywhere. You would think that for a luxury apartment, appearance would be everything.

Where do I begin. There is no manager on site. To top it off they close on Sundays and Mondays so if there is a pressing matter needed, they will not pick up the phone on those days. And even on business days, they are hard to get a hold of and their voicemail is always full. They are newly renovated units and they were rushed and half assed. The contractors hired take a really long time to complete a job. They will start a project and it will be weeks before they resume and complete it. There... is no security system in place even though there have countless complaints of sketchy people wandering the property following tenants and peeking through car windows. A gate system was installed, but they are taking forever to get it working again since it was done without a permit. Even when the gate was working no access codes were given out and they were lots of issues with undeliverable packages with very many tenants since they couldn't get into the property. High turnover of managers since the new ownership. I can keep going, but I feel like I've made my point. The ammenties provided hardly outweigh the headaches when you need management. Lee mas

Recently gated but the garbage is always overflowing. The “remodeled” apartments were very rushed and it definitely shows. Manager doesn’t respond to text messages or emails and when he does it very short borderline rude. The guys doing the remodel are extremely rude and have left leftover pieces of metal, screws, granite everywhere, carports, yard area, and in patios. Not worth the price especially given the area.

I have lived in this building for 3 years- love the location and management is great and very responsive. Recently switched to a different apartment and it was a seamless transition. Happy to be here and highly recommend!
