I submitted the maintenance request in the app and was able to get it completed the same day. The maintenance team is very quick and knowledgeable.

The community staff are great and available for response, the location is great and safe ,the amenities are good overall,

I have been living at Lynhaven for almost 2 months now and I cannot say enough good things about the property and the leasing staff.
I have lived in quite a few properties here in the Bay Area and Lynhaven is by far one of the best properties I have lived in. The leasing office and management team are always quick to respond to any questions I have. The amenities themselves are top notch and always clean.

I’ve lived at Lynhaven Apartment Community for over a year now, and I have to say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. The location simply can’t be beat and everything I need is close by: shopping, restaurants, my doctor’s office, and even the grocery store. It’s so nice not to have to drive far for the essentials, and the area feels safe and well-kept.

The community itself is beautifully maintained and the staff really take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. The... grounds are always clean and nicely landscaped with lots of lavender and the maintenance team is quick to respond whenever I need something (which isn’t often!). I also appreciate the quiet, respectful neighbors. It’s a peaceful environment and perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee on my balcony.

The amenities are top-notch. I enjoy using the fitness center and taking a dip in the pool during the warmer months. The clubhouse is a nice spot that's perfect for just reading the paper in a comfortable spot.

For anyone looking for a friendly, well-located, and comfortable community to settle into, I highly recommend Lynhaven. It truly feels like home here. Lee mas

I’ve had such a great experience living at Lynhaven. The community is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and it really feels like home. The location is super convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and everything I need.

The biggest highlight, though, has been the leasing office staff. They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that comes up. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a simple question, they handle it right away and always with a smile. It’s... clear they genuinely care about the residents and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. Big shoutout to Rowen for helping me with my move in experience. He is always very kind and helpful, and I know that he’ll be there when I have questions. Also big thanks to Martha, who helped with my parking situation. The leasing team is amazing!
