Ohlone Chynoweth Commons Apartamentos

I have lived across from this complex and i have had two different people who are extremely noisy, one motor bike with severely loud noise and one who runs fitness class in the garage, reported multiple times within 4 months time frame and no actions were taken. If you want to be able to sleep, work, live peacefully avoid this place

I've lived in these apartments for 5 years now and they're pretty great.

Although this is a low-income apartment complex, you would never guess it. The architecture and styling is well done and the complex is well kept, for the most part.

The apartments themselves are spacious and nice. We have a 2 bedroom 1 bath, town homes style apartment with our bedrooms and bath upstairs. The apartment comes with a nice balcony, it's too bad the balcony is covered high with plastic windows that you... can't really see through.

Some of the highlights of the apartment include: multiple washer/dryer facilities in the apartment complex. Large central grass field, often filled with children playing in it. Spacious apartments, well kept. Pet friendly. Very close to Oakridge shopping mall and multiple stores, restaurants, schools, etc. Adjacent to Ohlone light rail station. Basically, you're in walking distance of everything you can need. There's also underground parking with multiple spots per unit available. Oh and there's a salon, african restaurant and convenience store attached to the front of the complex; all of which come in very handy very often.

Some downsides include: new management recently and some processes are slower than they use to be such as maintenance and complex upkeep (groundskeeping). Adjacency to light rail, although very convenient, can be loud and annoying depending on the location of your unit.

That should sum up the apartments pretty well. All in all i'd recommend living here. Hope this helps! Lee mas

This apartment community is accessible in everything school, transportation, mall and most of all affordable and quite.

I fell in love the first time I drove up. I will tell all my friends to check it out.

I recently visited Ohlone commons and I was very pleased of how the community was maintained. Hopefully soon I will be a part of this community.
