STAY AWAY!!!

Worst experience leasing here. Maintenance is a joke. Management is inefficient. Nothing works. The building isn’t even finished. Elevators never work. Trash system is TRASH!!

Hello, we are saddened to hear that you are not getting the experience you expected. I am happy to let you know that we have our porters clean the trash rooms daily. We also have a new maintenance team where they have been taking care of things based... off of priority. We are also working with vendors to get all of the elevators up and running. If there is anything we can do to make your experience better, please let us know. Thank you for your feedback!

Apartment is great but there is one problem

Apartment is absolutely fantastic .... The amenities are all very nice too. Staff is mostly teenager students so they are not rude either but the problem you would face here is that there is a weird guest rule that you probably may not know when you are moving in (or at least I wasn't aware of when I took the apartment).

Any overnight guest can stay with you for no longer than 3 nights in one month. This can be a deal-breaker for many ... including me.
