Great Place

My wife and I have been living here for 1.5 years, and have enjoyed it so far. The building is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Downtown San Leandro and BART are close by which is very convenient.

Great apartment

Great place,neighbors and management. Calm and peaceful neighborhood. san leandro downtown and bart station only two min distance by drive. My neighbors are so kind and respectful. convenience facilities like fitness, laundry and garage always clean and useful.

Clean; Safe, and good Management

My partner and I have been living here since April 2015. The neighbors here are respectful and the management is always responsive. The proximity to BART and downtown is a plus and the secure garage is great. Clean, affordable, and quiet.
