I like the overall apartment complex itself, and think its taken care of well. It's the neighbors we have issues with. We seem to live in between 2 different neighbors that constantly fight and scream at each other, especially on the weekends. One neighbor in particular slams the door EVERY single time they open/close them. Then they drive off going 40 mph in a super small space. We all have kids so it's scary that people think its ok to do that. Then we have another neighbor that doesn't like... our dog, so he gives us dirty looks every time we're outside, making my kids feel unsafe when he's around. It's just very unsettling and we hate dealing with it all. We've been looking for somewhere else to live due to the stress its caused. Lee mas

So far it's been smooth as other locations, we are still in the process of unpacking and (finding minor repairs). We are making a short list.

There is a water leak by the pool supplies closet. The parking lot needs resurfacing and better cleaning. Tenants don’t use the trash bins correctly which makes a stinky mess.

Clean community and quit, management very understanding. Great place to live and raise your family. Great communication with no problem. Very nice and friendly

The Property is really nice .. I just feel like the Conserve Bill is way too high… $100 for Garbage per unit is Insane… Other than that, the property is nice and the location is Wonderful
