Sheri Apartments

My husband and I had lived there for years, first in a loft and then in a one bedroom. We only moved a week ago because we had to for a job opportunity, otherwise we would have stayed for many more years.

The manager is very kind, and helpful with any issues you may have with the unit, though we really didn't have many issues with the unit as they were very well maintained. The staff that took care of maintenance and gardening were also very kind and helpful, and we're constantly making the... area look great with new landscaping and flowers covering the area.

The loft unit is not very spacious but is laid out in such a way to give you as much space as possible, and is good for one person or two people who are minimalists. Although, If you are creative, you can optimise the space as well and have plenty of room for furniture and personals.

The one bedroom was definitely an upgrade, with a lot more room available for storage and guests. The kitchen had a great amount of space for food and storage, and the bedroom had a large walk in closet with a wall storage next to the vanity that was also very nice for storage. The bathroom isn't big but perfect for what is necessary, a toilet and shower/bathtub. I can't speak for the views from all the apartments, but the views from our apartment were very lovely.

You can also have cats here, which is something hard to find in SLO. They also have a nice pool as well for when it gets hot.

One of the best parts of the apartment is the location. It's located within a short walk of the downtown area, which is where the bus system is located to get you anywhere you need to go. Being in this location, you can leave your car parked and walk down to downtown for a beer, or Farmers, or dinner without going too far, saving on a lot of gas.

I highly recommend the Sheri apartments if your looking for a place to call your home. We were very lucky to call this place home for as long as we did, and we will miss it greatly. Lee mas

The Apartments are super basic, but the management and the ground crew are amazing. They respond to problems quickly and efficiently the few that I have had. I have really enjoyed living here.

Surrounded by the view of beautiful mountains, Victorian houses with shaded streets , all tucked away is Sheri Apartments. My boyfriend and I have a two story loft we have made home. The apartment has personality. I am a hairstylist at two local care facilities and need a place to express my artistic style. The brand new appliances and on site matinence have handled any situation with a quickness. The pool is our favorite weekend getaway before a short walk to downtown San Luis just a couple... blocks away. Very reasonable rent prices you can afford to enjoy what San Luis Obispo has to offer when you live at Sheri apartments. Lee mas
