South Coast Villas

My daughter lives here and her place was broken into and it was caught on camera but this place refuses to let the police see the footage without a subpoena. I would not want to live in a place with what is supposed to be a security building but isn't secure and the security doesn't care.

The apartment is well laid out. The utilities are new, the facilities are nice although you do have to pay a one time 50 dollar fee for the gym. It is easy to walk to many of the stores in the area. The building just had new washing machines and dryers installed. There are only a few drawbacks. 1, if you don't have a designated parking space you have to sit in your car until one is available, 2, if a family is doing their washing you have to wait 3, during the summer months there maybe be some... cockroaches. The rent is reasonable and everything is including apart from electricity which is really cheap. All the neighbours are really friendly and the security team are really nice, helpful and caring..
I have really enjoyed living in this place. It is very impressive and the land lady is also wonderful. Lee mas
