Truly Felt Like Home

I lived at The Court Apartments for 10 wonderful years, and leaving was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. We only moved because our family grew and we needed more space — otherwise, we would have stayed forever!

From the very beginning, we loved the community and the area. It always felt so safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Management (Sanela & Sam) are truly exceptional — any time we had a maintenance request or concern, they responded quickly and resolved it right away. They truly... cared about the residents, and over time, they felt more like family than just management.

Finding a place that genuinely feels like home isn't easy, but The Court Apartments gave us that and so much more. We are so grateful for all the memories we made here and will always look back at our time with so much love and appreciation. If you’re considering living here — don’t hesitate. You’ll be so happy you did.

Great place to live

Lived here for 3years with my family. Management is great very professional. Addressed any issue as quickly as possible. Reasonable priced rent which was a plus for our family. Quiet nice neighborhood and property is kept clean.

Lived 5+ Years, Loved Our Stay

Lived here for over 5 years and enjoyed our stay. Sad to have moved but highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable apartment community. If I'm ever in need of an apartment in Santa Clara, I would reapply in a heartbeat. Location is great and safe. Love the landscaping, it's beautiful and well kept. On-site management is super kind and accommodating. Work orders were taken care of immediately. Best apartment community hands down. No complaints whatsoever.

Wish I could give 0 stars

I feel as though I only need to say one thing to indicate my time at The Court: The landlords insisted on showing my apartment the day I was forced to move out and break my lease due to a tragedy. There’s no humanity in this management. Also, don’t expect to get your security back even with a deep cleaning of the unit.

We are sincerely... sorry if what you described happened to you, but the description of the event (lease break due to a tragedy, forcing out, not returning security deposit)is completely unknown to us and certainly did not happen, and we have to emphasize that in our response to you. Loved my time here

I rented here for 2 years and really enjoyed living here. Property managers were always on top of things and provided a wonderful place to live. I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan but overall no complaints and the big closet and in-unit laundry were great!
