The people that live here are both respectful and kind! It has families and singles. If something is broken, they come and fix it promptly!!! There is freedom to make your apartment home! Lots of personal gardens and decor. It feels like home, peaceful and quiet.

I used to love it here. I have lived here without any trouble for 7 1/2 years. Now that Main Street management has taken over, its been terrible. I have been without AC for two months. When this started they sent over their AC repairman, three times. Not only could he not diagnose the problem each time he was here, he made a disgusting comments, such as, when he comes down from the roof after he fixed my AC he wanted his dinner ready, completely inappropriate. After three failed attempts they... called another AC repairman and he diagnosed the problem within minutes. I was thrilled. He even showed me on his phone what the problem was. I then find out that Main Street Management will not fix the problem because the first AC repair guy-who made that gross comment-couldn't diagnose the problem himself after three attempts. I have called their corporate office numerous times and Russell and Grace will not call me back. They gave me a little cooler to "help" but it doesn't help much. It was 113 degrees today. It was 96 degrees in my apartment-I have photos to prove it. I'm still paying rent. They just raised it by another $50.00. I paid it because I don't want it to show on my credit report. This has truly been very upsetting and stressful. I'm ashamed to admit I've cried over this. After all this mess, which I fear will not be resolved anytime soon, I encourage you to find an apartment somewhere else. It's clear that Main Street Management at Stillmore Apartments doesn't care about its residents. Please, go somewhere else. Thank You and God Bless.

Office staff is great! They always respond quickly to maintenance requests. Nice quiet neighborhood. Apartments are a good size. Downfalls are small parking spaces and no in house washer n dryer which are available in most other apartments in the area for similar rent.
