The Master bathroom has a tub and shower as well as an additional closet, and the second bathroom has a shower, no tub.
The apartment has been extensively renovated while maintaining its charming old Santa Monica feel with vintage oak hardwood floors and original tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. The entrance is through a small garden walkway with one flight of stairs leading to a private upper landing. This is a Santa Monica rent-controlled apartment.
