5008 Hazeltine Ave Apartamentos

This apartment is one of the worse deals you can make. There is no management on site and no one answer your calls. The plumbing is the worst possible. I come home from a short weekend trip and the kitchen is constantly food with a black sewage water all over my kitchen. No one cares for these issues. I had rat problems for years (rats, not mice). Roaches, ants and flies are constantly an issue. I agree with the previous review. Tenants don't bother to trash their dog poop and it is all over the... place. We can't barely sleep because of neighbors upstairs walking all night long as if they are in a marching band. Building is dirty, abandoned by Coastline. The kitchen floor has a bump from one of their constructions due to structural problems. walls have no insulation so it is freezing cold and moldy in winter. Whenever they come for maintenance, they do not inform tenants and shut down the water without any previous warning. The owner is trying to sell the building so he doesn't care at all for any tenant's issues. Lee mas

Worst building I’ve ever lived in, literally counting down the days till my lease is up, I’ve had nothing but problems since living here. Managers” don’t answer their phones, it’s literally impossible to get a hold of anyone ! There’s always dog poop all over the property, parking is unorganized as “management” let’s tenants park behind assigned parking spaces which is a fire hazard. Their construction workers did a poor job on the unit above me I can literally hear every foot step it sounds... like I’m in a 100 year old building. 0/10 do not recommend you’ll regret it ! Lee mas
