The Premier on Moorpark

This place is awful to live in because of the property manager, initials A.C. when you need something fixed, not only is she far from helpful, but she is super condescending and manipulative in her responses. She thrives off of making people's living experience terrible. I just dont understand why she still has her job since people move out of the building because of her poor management skills. Do yourself a favor... DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I don’t understand the rude comments I see below. This is an amazing place to live. The landlord is very warm, kind, welcoming, and helpful. The building is always in good condition and I have not yet encountered any problems. I have lived here for over a year. My repairs always get done; and the landlord is always available. I can text her for help when I need her. I love living here.

This was by far the worst living experience we've experienced. The on-site manager was unbelievably nasty to everyone. She really gets off on treating people poorly. We'd never experienced anything like this in our lives. A home is supposed to be a place where you feel safe and comfortable, a refuge from the 'big city'. Here we were always looking for things to do outside of our home because it was so stressful being there. Once we'd left, it was like pulling teeth to get our deposits back... and money was not returned that should have been. How she can life with herself, I'll never understand. Shame on you AC. Lee mas

Nice building, good location. The manager and new owner: horrible, depressing, angry and will make your life miserable!
The building was bought by a new owner this past summer (2017). The new manager, is a lying, desiring and very rude woman that will rice your rent as much as possible every year, will not give you your deposit back, no matter it the apartment is in perfect condition, will not fix anything in the apartment unless she considers it an emergency (honestly I don’t think they... have any maintenance). 4 washers and 4 dryers for all of the apartments, and they are often broken and always dirty. Patio is full of spiderwebs and dead bugs. I’ve been there for about 4 years. All the tenants that we know, are extremely unhappy and uncomfortable. A lot of them like us, have moved out. Two or three where evicted just for crossing the manager and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll race your rent even more and do everything possible to get you out. Lee mas
