Villas De Amistad Apartamentos

These apartments are in downtown Stockton. It looks rough in the neighborhood, but if you keep to yourself and do your own thing then you'llbe fine. The apartment building from the outside looks ok. It's not much to brag about. But the apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious for studio's! They have nice showers, refrigerator's, 4 burner stoves, and lots of cabinet space. The have A/C, and some of the outer apartments have a lot of windows if you like to get natural sunlight and a view.... Plus the rent price is amazing if you're looking for cheap rent! Lol Also good for someone who is trying to start over our Dave some money. I've been there for about 2 years now,and it's been a cool experience. Hope this helps with your decision. Lee mas
