We relocated to the high tech area for work. Everywhere we looked, apartment units were expensive. The unit was brand new construction - kitchen cabinets, appliances, flooring, wall, lighting paint, etc. Management said it was under new ownership and remodeled all units. It was the best price for the valley area. My wife doesnt drive so it was great to be close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Management fixed our kitchen leak within 24 hours and notified us of any complex improvements... with ample notice. We moved after two years due to work, but I recommend anyone relocating to the area to seek small complexes that are remodeled for affordable housing. Lee mas

Our apartment is infested by cockroaches. The management have done several fumigation for the past years but nothing solved the problem. We also don't have AC so my two kids are suffering during the summer. Management/owner is also autocratic. She is rude and inconsiderate with us. She have raised our rent a couple of times with a very short notice. And now she is saying that she will have the apartment reconstructed so we will be forced to leave and we have to sign a new contract if we wish to... come back with a much more higher rate which is very unfair and unreasonable.
