Arrive Thousand Oaks Apartamentos

Arrive Thousand Oaks has many wonderful pluses. They offer Zoom workshops on various topics which are interactive and can be viewed from the comfort of home. They have special recycling trash bins for food products and for various recyclables yet not enough apartment dwellers use them. That saddens me. There’s a dog park and a room dedicated to washing one’s pet which used to be a laundry room. I appreciate the gas grill and picnic tables with nice umbrellas. The complex is fairly quiet... depending where you live(near the pool can be boisterous) and I live on Hillcrest where there are many sirens but the thick glass windows really help. I miss the simple gatherings that we used to have every few months which helped me meet neighbors. Overall it is a nice place to live. Lee mas

Valerie was so kind to my husband and I when we were looking for an apartment! Fast and easy, the process was smooth and wonderful! She answered a out questions, the community is quite nice, though small community spaces, they are all simply wonderful. No noise complaints, if you don't mind the road traffic, then this is a great spot in a quiet neighborhood.

It’s great! Love it! We live here more and than a year. The only concern is landscaping team blowing dust and small debris into my living room. Overall, great place to live.

Arrive Thousand Oaks is a great place to live special amenities such as a BBQ, pool with tables and a variety of chairs, a dog park and washing room for them, and special occasional classes that are interesting and helpful which are offered for free. Maintenance is quickly taken care of and you have the opportunity to evaluate them. You have opportunities to earn points which have earned me prizes. They are environmentally conscious which I appreciate! I just wish people would take advantage of... them. Lee mas
