Park View Apartment Homes

This is a great community to live in! I really enjoyed my stay here—it’s very clean and quiet. Where this place really shines, however, is with the owner, Rich, and the maintenance manager, Alejandro. Both are very responsive and easy to communicate with!

For example, I had an issue with my garbage disposal and submitted a ticket through their resident portal. Within 10 minutes, Alejandro had reached out to me about setting up a time to fix it! At other properties I’ve rented from this would’ve... taken maybe 2 days at best.

You can really tell that the owners take their time to vet prospective residents, as everyone I’ve met here has been incredibly friendly! If you’re a professional looking for an “S-tier” place to rent, this is it!

The location is also good, with a convenience store at the street corner and well-sized sidewalk, tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and light rush-hour traffic. Lee mas

My husband and I have been living here for 3 years and absolutely adore this place! This is the third apartment complex I’ve live in and by far my favorite. I don’t even know where to begin!!! It’s quiet, cozy, clean, there’s never a problem, EVERYONE is so nice and respectful, and they even change the flowers to keep the place looking fresh! What else can you want for a place you call home? My husband and I just had our first baby and excited for her first few years to be raised here :)

Absolutely loved to stay at Park View Apartment Homes, and only left because of re-location. It's the best rental experience I have had in US. The apartment was fully up to date remodeled, everything worked! But what you find here, which is where landlords often cut corners is a super well maintained common area, where it is nice to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. The pool and jacuzzi area is well maintained like a five star hotel and very nice to enjoy. The gas BBQ is working too! Last... but not least and I would say the gem of this place: The owner very much curates the tenants, so everyone there are just such nice people. It really is a great community and enjoyable walking distance to great restaurants in Thousands Oaks like Mastro's steak house, Fogo De Chao and Bangkok Avenue. I highly recommend these apartments! We had the pleasure of renting this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment for the past 5 years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we moved in, the property provided a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The house was well-maintained thanks to Alejandro, the amazing maintenance manager, and we never encountered any issues during our entire stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we always felt secure in our home.

We also greatly appreciated the owners’... (Rich)commitment to keeping the property smoke-free, which helped ensure excellent air quality and overall health of our kids. The house truly felt like a home, and we are grateful for the positive experience we had as tenants. I've been at Parkview for a little more than 2 years it's the best apartment I've had. I am a bit sad to be leaving (buying a house) because the views from the second floor unit are wonderful and the pool is terrific and seldom crowded, even in summer. I also love the ability to walk to the Civic Arts Plaza for performances. It's hard to imagine people not being happy here.
