Accepts Pets!
My husband, myself and our tiny dogs have been living here for almost 3 years. It's in a nice neighborhood, walking distance from Jons Market (cheap avocados!), the Post Office, and a cute cafe called Harvest Moon with yummy sweet potato fries. The managers are a nice married couple. They are highly responsive--twice she has willingly gone to my apartment on my behalf to make sure I've turned the oven off!
Pros:
Laundry room
Accepts dogs
Great managers
Good sized apartments
Air... conditioner(Valley heat!)
Parking space with storage cubby
Cons:
Carpet (no hardwood)
Pet rent :-(
Meh gardeners
Small closets
