IMT 6500

I stayed here for two years from 2023-2025. The building is new and renovation is nice, but the mailroom is a headache. You have to get your packages right away or else they will disappear (or you can pay a monthly fee for a lockbox, but you still have to grab it within 48 hours). If you confront management about your packages they will ask you to file a police report instead. Only stay here if you are ok with being hyper diligent about your packages.

I have lived here for a year and a few months ago finally decided to make a noise complaint about my downstairs neighbor. Management did nothing except supposedly tell me that they had conversations with my neighbor. It took them hearing it in my apartment multiple times and two months later for an official violation to be given to my neighbor. Since the violation was given I have still experienced noise. The managements response "do something to drown it out". They'll charm you to make you pay... over priced rent of an okay apartment then they don't actually care to do anything for their tenants. I also had a huge sticker be put on my windshield after parking where they asked me to due to having workers come in. The communication with them has been awful! I do not recommend IMT6500 and maybe not any IMT Resident apartments! Lee mas
