Flora Apartamentos

No complaints about living at Flora - they are super on top of managing the complex and even proactively have upgrades done. Office staff are very professional and prompt with responses when I reach out. Maintenance staff are amazing - service requests are usually completed in 24 hours (or way faster!). Nice amenities like a fenced dog area and dog bath station, bike storage and a beautiful courtyard. Plenty of parking nearby, in a safe area, close to BART and downtown. The only thing is no... central AC, just an outdated, loud wall unit. Overall very happy living here! Lee mas

Great property! Maintenance Requests get done properly every time by Joe 10/10

We have lived at Flora Apartments for almost 15 years. We love how clean, quiet and pet friendly it is. One of the great things about Flora Apartments is how quick, friendly and efficient the maintenance team is. Anytime we submit a work request, one of the team members is knocking at our door with a few hours. Joe efficiently fixed our thermostat in no time flat today.

I just moved into the Flora apartments and it was an amazing experience. The staff here, Angela, Serena, Joe and Sam made it so easy and comfortable. The neighbors are also very nice and I’ll enjoy taking my dog to the dog run everyday. Thank you Flora team!!

Flora is a well maintained property and the staff is professional. Sam and Joe do a great job. I am definitely going to consider this property in the future
