Walking distance to Sunset Strip, Santa Monica Blvd., Melrose, restaurants, shopping, gyms, close to hiking trails, parks, library etc. neighborhood has free local public transit, week end free trolleys into sunset strip, and enter of weho and more.

The building was built by Grace Moore an opera singer and actress in the late 1920's for her, and her opera company to live in when they were in L.A. rehearsing, and performing.
Graces husband actor, and architect Valentín Parera is said to been the architect of the building.
